Similar to true Spanish Nero Marquina, this deep black marble streaked with crisp white veining that jags across the surface like lightning. Few stones deliver this much drama with this little effort. At 1cm thick and approximately 11cm across, it sits with real weight on the table, substantial enough to feel considered in the hand rather than merely functional. The gently irregular silhouette is shaped rather than templated, and each piece is polished individually, so the lightning lands differently every time. Wipe with a damp cloth; keep acidic drinks brief to protect the polish. Slight variations in shape, veining, and tone are natural and expected.
