At Maison Adeo, we understand that you want your beautiful new items as soon as possible. We are a growing business, so we strive to ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days. However, since many of our products are handcrafted, some items are made to order and will have longer shipping times. Shipping times may also vary depending on your region. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Our Policy:

• Instead of a traditional return, we offer store credit for eligible items within 14 days of delivery—and you do not need to ship the item back to us.
• This policy is designed to save you the hassle and cost of international return shipping.

How It Works:

1. Contact Us: If your item is unsatisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@maisonadeo.com with your order number and details about the issue.
2. Provide Photos: In most cases, we will ask you to provide a few photos of the item. This helps us understand the situation and ensure our products meet our quality standards.
3. Receive Store Credit: Once approved, we will promptly issue you a store credit for the value of the item(s) at the time of purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• This policy applies to items that are unsatisfactory due to reasons not related to damage or defects (e.g., the item wasn't what you expected, the size was wrong, etc.).
• For Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@maisonadeo.com. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
• We reserve the right to assess each situation and may require photographic evidence before issuing store credit.
