At Maison Adeo, we want you to receive your beautiful new items as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. Processing begins after payment is confirmed.

Many of our products are handcrafted or made to order. As a result, processing may occasionally take slightly longer. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• North America & Europe: 10 – 16 business days

• Asia & Oceania: 9 – 15 business days

• Middle East & Africa: 14 – 20 business days

All shipping times are estimates and begin after the processing period. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@maisonadeo.com. We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier‑related delays.
