Galante Ceramic Round Jar

A short straight-sided cylindrical ceramic jar in uniform glossy creamy-white. A smooth domed lid fits snugly over the opening, topped with a large clustered arrangement of sculpted roses and leaves centred on the lid surface. A subtle embossed twisted-rope trim runs horizontally around the upper side wall of the jar.

The glazed surfaces are sleek and reflective, while the lid's floral arrangement is deeply dimensional with overlapping individual petals, and the rope band adds a finer embossed texture beneath it. No printed or painted motif appears on the piece.

Rooted in rococo-revival and romantic traditional style, the jar works on a vanity, dresser, or bathroom shelf for small storage or display.
