Carved from translucent white onyx and measuring approximately 11cm across and 1cm thick, this coaster has a soft, almost glowing quality no ordinary stone can match — hold it to the light and the edges come alive. Gentle bands of pearl and silver-grey drift through the milky white body, and the irregular, softly shaped outline gives each piece the feel of something found rather than made. Banding and translucency vary from coaster to coaster, and that is precisely the point. Beautifully cool and smooth under glassware. Onyx is a delicate stone: wipe with a damp cloth, skip the citrus, and treat it with care.
Slight variations in shape, banding, and tone are natural and expected.
