Thallo Torso Bust Sculpture

A resin sculpture depicting a fragmented female torso—bust, neck, and head tilted back in a serene, upward-gazing pose, with no arms and a truncated lower torso. The soft, natural curves of the figure are punctuated by multiple irregular holes and cracks, creating negative space that gives the piece a sense of fragility and gentle dissolution. The matte pure white finish provides a clean, neutral backdrop, while the base has a rough, textured surface mimicking weathered plaster or stone. Adorning the torso are several three-dimensional gold butterflies, varying in size and placed organically across the head, shoulders, chest, and sides. Their delicate, slightly textured wings catch the light, creating a striking contrast with the white body and adding movement, whimsy, and warmth. Made of resin for intricate detailing and lightweight handling. Designed as a sculptural accent for a console, bookshelf, or pedestal, it brings the quiet promise of spring and transformation to modern, classical, or eclectic interiors.
